[CapChapOhio] Uzurv Experiences Information Needed

I have had several issues that are barriers for me with employment.
If I have scheduled a trip, it gets transferred to Lyft. The request is 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Many Lyft drivers and uzurv drivers are English deficient. This means they cannot follow verbal directions to find my destination. A bigger concern is if an emergency happens while enroute. The driver is unable to communicate and safety is  concern.

UZURV drivers not following special instructions that are  for a location, or do not access a pin for that location.
They are using their own gps app which does not always get me to where I need to be.

I think the service has been declining in service now over the past year. I get nowhere talking with their operations team. I think we need to bring this up with Cota.
I'd also like an app to schedule my trips. It takes way too long to sit on the phone with them and go through the same script time after time.
