[CapChapOhio] Columbus Speech and hearing

Clients have 30 days from last Friday to request their records. After which time they will no longer be available. Nothing is said about what will be done with those records. Ethan did receive an email from Columbus Speech and hearing letting him know this information. I have no way to know how they determined which clients would receive information in which clients would not receive information.
