Good evening,<div id="yMail_cursorElementTracker_1506472971589">I wanted to let everyone know that I will not be at our Oct mtg because I will be at my nieces wedding on that day! However, I wanted to get a feel for how things are progressing for Hospitality at convention. I heard that Miami Valley chapter is donating some pop and another of their members has offered to bring chips. What else do we have committed as donations? I have some fall decor items I'd like to use to add to the festive air of the room. I understand from the notes I have seen on Ohio talk that there is actually 2 rooms being used for Hospitality. I assume they are somehow connected or near each other.
