He will continue to be a vital part of our group, and we look forward to continuing to work with him. All of us appreciate everything he has done for our chapter so far, and look forward to much more in the future.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>I have done some investigating, and our constitution does not address what to do in the case of an officer vacancy, other than that for president. Therefore, I have asked around and have learned that it is the policy that the president can appoint somebody to fill this position. I will be giving this some consideration and let all of you know shortly.
