[Cash-and-caring] meeting at convention

Ramona,
That is indeed usually when the Louisiana luncheon occurs.  As alumni I
always make it a point to fit that into my schedule.  Depending on the
nature of our meeting, I may have to pass on that time, since I utilize the
LcB event as one of my key recruitment tools for first timers and those in
desperate need of training. 
Considering that there is no longer an affiliate action department, I'm not
sure if their usual activities will be taking place, so that frees me up
quite a bit for any other lunches, or early evenings.

I just got a message asking when we would like to meet at convention 2013. 
I had not thought about it.  What do you think about a meeting at lunchtime
Friday the day before the banquet.  We would need to keep the meeting to
about an hour, but that should be enough.  I don't remember what conflicts
might be at that time, but I am hoping not too many.
Is the Louisiana Center luncheon then?   Please let me know what you think. 
If you don't like that time, please suggest a better one.
