Ramona, I did not receive your ten-point plan for your state bike-a-thon. Also, I have asked David Andrews to add my gmail address to the listserv for this committee so I can read your missives even when not at my desk at NFB HQ. Jeanny, this is quite good.  You just need to add how many times you have done it and approximately what you are raising.  It is particularly good that it has opportunities to bring in funds from sponsors, donations, ticket sales, and ads on place mats and programs.  Are you using volunteers from outside your organization as well as members?
