Hello all-
Thought some of you might be interested in these FREE training by phone
conferences. I hope to be on the Monday call but will be on my way to
Baltimore on the Wednesday one. If anyone is able to participate, would you
get the power points and send out the notes to the rest of the committee?
I, forgone, would really appreciate it! If I am able to do the Monday one,
I'll do the same.
Hope everyone is doing well, take care.
Jeannie

HOW TO RAISE MONEY FOR GREAT CAUSES!
Wednesday, September 25, 2013, 12:30-1:15 ET
Speakers:
David Belkin has raised tens of millions for causes - and trained others to
raise even more. He practiced law and accounting for 25 years before moving
over to the non-profit world in 1981. He is a planned giving expert and was
the first full time director of the Endowment Fund of the Jewish Federation
in Washington, DC. When he left the endowment fund in 2003, the endowment
fund had assets in hand and promised of over $120 million. Belkin formerly
was Chairman of the Board of the Washington Regional Association of
Grantmakers, an association of all the major public, private and corporate
foundations in the DC metropolitan area. Since leaving the Federation,
Belkin, through his consulting firm, had helped many non-profits develop
financial resources in all areas of their annual, capital or endowment
needs. In this short free training he will give disability and other leaders
ideas and tools that can help them build resources to achieve their
missions.
Jennifer Laszlo Mizrahi, President, RespectAbilityUSA, has raised tens of
millions for non-profits through a laser-like focus on performance metrics
and honest relationships.
