<div>I went to it this year and the last two. The Bingo hall is a professional setup with a professional caller on the stage using a mike and running the electronic bingo machine on which he lights up what he calls out.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Long old wood tables with perhaps decades of bingo dabbers ink on them. Folding chairs. A black large garbage bag duck-taped to the end of the table for discarded bingo sheets. </div><div><br></div><div>
I received the papers for preregistering and there was a table sign with my name on it. I had to pay one dollar for my dauber at the entrance table. Some folks bring their own. Children in aprons with pockets took orders from the seated folks for foods and drinks and brought back change. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Special bingo contests were held in between at regular intervals for which one paid extra and the kids brought the scorecard to you and took your money. Special baskets full of stuff to fit a theme - like all candy. Or have an Italian dinner. Or a pretty ceramic pie plate plus more. </div>
<div><br></div><div>At regular intervals the guy on the mike called out a batch of door prices. He called a number and you checked your ticket stub that was on the end of your paid ticket for entrance. I won a door prize that is a little nice smelling candle votive in a Longeberger candle cup.</div>
<div> </div><div>All the prices that filled the Longeberger baskets were donated and somevor all baskets were too. They were lined up and labeled to show which game won what. Then there was a chart on the wall hand-written for a special tickets and a table with 2 people only for that raffle. At the end all the losers were in a pool and I did not see how it worked exactly, but the first one to win may choose one of the i15 to 20 items and it's now gone. The next to win chooses from what's left and then 2 prizes are gone. And so on.</div>
