<p class="MsoNormal">Perhaps all of you know this. Giving Tuesday is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, and I believe it is mostly online. I don't know a lot about its history, but it was deliberately scheduled the day after siber Monday to collect some funds
for nonprofits. It would be a good time for state websites to invite donations.
