Patti has a recording of it on dropbox. Anybody who wants to listen to it should email her at <a href="mailto:pchang@nfb.org">pchang@nfb.org</a>, and she will send you a link. Then you can listen or download and listen. It is the kind that all State board members would benefit from, and most chapter presidents will also learn from it.
