  Subject: [Cccnfbw] Meeting Monday

  Hello everyone!

Joel and I are heading up the booth for the foundation of the blind at the amphitheater this summer and wanted you to have directions for getting to the fairgrounds. We have given you the directions at the bottom of this email coming from the 5 freeway. We hope you find this helpful.

We really need everyone to come to the meeting this Monday at our house so we can give you your parking tickets and instructions. Please try to make it. This will be a chance for us to get to know one another and place everyone where they will be. We would appreciate it if you would email us back letting us know whether or not you will be attending. Thank you for volunteering!! Let's work together and raise some money for this wonderful group!!
Call us if you need directions or would like to talk further.
Marianne Hertsche (360-449-2345) or Joel Hetsche (360-909-9922)

Take the 5 fwy north to Exit 9. Turn left off the exit. Go under the freeway and make the left at the gas station (NE Delfel Road) go to the last gated entrance into the fairgrounds and turn right into the parking lot. Continue going until you can make your first left (it says employees - do not enter - BUT go ahead and enter it will take you past the amphitheater and to the office location of Ovations. There you will be directed to where the training class is held.

For the events we are directed to park in the "K" parking lot. BRING YOUR WALKING SHOES - it's about 1/2 mile away. When we meet we could possibly talk about car pooling.

Happy Training! See you all on Monday

        Hi Bob,

Here are directions for you, not sure what direction everyone will be traveling but I will give it as if they are coming off of I-5 traveling North:

                   - Take the 179th street exit
                   - Turn Left onto 179th
                   - Go to 2nd light which is Delfel Road (Chevron Station to their Right)
                   - Turn left onto Delfel Road
                   - Turn right at the Amphitheater Marque
                   - First stop sign they come to turn left
                   - Stay on road until they get to the signs that will tell them where to park
and we will have signs and guide them to the class from that point on

        Nancy

Yes I would definitely call him and discuss the situation so he is prepared and things can be worked out before Saturday's class to accommodate your needs.

              Thanks, will do.

Should I call him concerning the exam required at the end of the class. For those of us who are visually impaired taking the class, we will need some kind of accommadations.

I’ll work that out with him.

              Bob

You can call Norm Couthran at 360-446-7417 and he certainly can help guide you to other classes. He is my trainer for the Amphitheater.

For those individuals who cannot attend the alchohol training on 13 June. Who can we contact as to finding out dates and locations for other training sessions?
