Les,

As you indicated, if you attend the chapter meeting on Oct. 14th, you will
probably be talking to yourself. I plan to go to the chapter meeting on
October 15th.

If we wait until the next chapter meeting to talk about this and try to
organized something, it will be too late.

The open house 5 days away and the convention a week. Doesn't leave much
time to organize.

I think it would be a great idea for us to do we wil definitely discuss this
in our October meeting October 14th. Les F

Yes, the topics were discussed, but nothing was finalized. Just left in
limbo.

If someone wants to take on the open house I'll work with the chapter to put
together an auction item.

My thought for the auction item would be a holiday or a seasonal theme.

Where each of us could bring an item to the next chapter meeting, October
15th. It could be a scented candle, Christmas lights or bulbs, Christmas or
thanksgiving decorations, etc. If someone wanted to provide a baked item,
such as banana bread, cookies, etc. they could bring it the day of the
auction.

How do chapter feel about this idea?

A couple of items we forgot to discuss at our last chapter meeting.

First, are we still going to try and participate in WSSB's open house on
October 3?

Secondly, if I recall each chapter was to try and put together something for
the auction at our convention. Any ideas?
