[Cccnfbw] CCC ice cream social

[Don Mitchell]

Don Mitchell plans to get up there between 4:30 and 5. I don't know who is
in charge of the ice-cream. In the past we pre dished the ice-cream to save
time in serving. I don't know who is in charge of this part of the event. I
will be there to help.

Bob it occurred to me that we might be able to gather some of this in our
visits with the cottages on Monday night.

At the ice cream social will be an excellent time to get contact information
from the students for followup.

We believe  getting the Information as the kids leave will be a good time.
We need a couple of people to get  the info.

Recording the kid's info will be quicker than trying to write it down. 

This will give us a chance for followup and also pass it onto chapters in
the state for them to contact the kids for special activities the chapter
might have during the summer or weekends during the year.

 

Any volunteers or does someone have a better method in gathering the info
the night of the ice cream social?
