Hi,

We need to come up with a list of items that will be used at Gee Creek this
coming weekend.

We can have one donation jar. It must be opaque and have the word 'donation'
on it. To avoid money building up in the donation jar, we will need a
container to  transfer  donations to keep behind the counter.

We will need at least 2 power strips to plug in our coffee and water
containers. A space heater would be helpful for the overnight crews.

If you can think of items we might need, please reply.

 

Since Mike and Connie will be sitting up, it would probably be the easiest
if they purchased the materials, such as, napkinscoffee, tea, , cups, stir
sticks, sugar cubes, package creamers, etc. Do you think we should have
packets of hot chocolate?

I'm guessing, but my thought is that, if we each baked or purchased 3 dozen
cookies each would be enough. What do you think? We will need to get some of
them to Mike and connie so they can take out with them and then we will need
to bring some with us when we start our shift.

We need to find transportation  for getting people to and from Gee Creek. I
was going to ask my son, but he starts working tomorrow and I'm not sure if
he will have the weekend off. Any ideas on solving  the transportation
issue?
