Bernie:

When I reply to this message, in the "to" field, I see your personal email
address and the Clark County chapter's address, cccnfbw at nfbnet.org. I've
deleted your personal address from the reply so all you'll see is the one
coming from the list.

When you reply, is there anything in your CC or BCC fields? The only
addresses I see are your own address and the Clark County chapter's address.
I do not see the NFB of Washington list address, that is, I do not see
nfbwatlk at nfbnet.org in your "to" field.

However, the way you have your list labeled in your contacts is "Clark
County chapter, NFB of Washington list". Could this be confusing you?

Also, there's nothing says people from elsewhere in the state can't
subscribe to the Clark County list. But I've seen a few messages from you on
the NFB of Washington list and they were replies to messages that started
out on that list so the list software appears to be acting properly.

Hi,

Our chapter will be having a fundraiser on Saturday and Sunday, Nov 9 & 10
at the Hazel Dell Fred Meyer's.

The hours will be: 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and

Noon to 4 PM on Sunday.

We will be selling the Worlds Finest Chocholate. We have 4 cases of the
Meltaways and 4 cases of the mixed candy bars.

It is best if we can have two volunteers at the table.

Saturday can either be two 3 hours shifts or 3 2 hour shifts and Sunday can
either be 2 two hour shifts or 1 4 hour shift.

This can be determined by the members who volunteer.

We will need a table (usually a card table is adequate), a couple of chairs
and an NF B sign.

To start the day, we will need enough cash to make change for $20.

We need volunteer driver(s) to take out the table, chairs and boxes of
candy in the mornings and for picking up the materials in the evening.

In case buses are not convenient, It might be helpful if a driver is
available to assit member volunteers for getting back and forth.

Two 3-hour shifts on Saturday and possible 1 4-hour shift on Sunday would
minimize the need for drivers.

I will admit a 3-hour shift isn't too bad, 4-hours might be a drag. A lot
depends on the weather.

Any suggestions you might have regarding the fund raiser are welcomed.

Please respond to this as to; if you can volunteer, how you can volunteer
and the times you are available.

Bob
