[Cccnfbw] Ghee Creek

In our last chapter meeting there were a coupleof points brought up
regarding Ghee Creek. One was regarding the road sign along the highway
prior to the rest area. It is a sign that organizations could have a sign
indicating there was free coffee at the rest area. That sign is no longer
there. It was remove. For safety reasons is what I was told.

Also, someone mentioned that we would serve the coffee.  There is no
requirement that we are responsible for that.
