[Cccnfbw] Letter for donations for state convention

   can anyone tell me if Hilton provides free breakfast?

If they don't we, can also ask for donation for food such as bagels, crackers yogarts ,bar of
different cheeses,fruits etc.
since we have a hospitality room as members come in on the first day to pickup packets 
for the convention or register etc. they can pick up snacks.

what do you all think about this?
