[Cccnfbw] White Cane proclamation

Hi.

 

Betty asked me to remind you all that tomorrow at 6:30 PM the Mayor of
Vancouver will be presenting the White Cane proclamation at City Hall.  It
would be good if as many as possible would attend.  The presentation is
usually at the beginning of the meeting, so it wouldnot be necessary to stay
for the whole meeting.
