 Hi Bob and Kay (have cc'd Michelle in case she has ideas or input).  I had to attach this list as a pdf (6 pages) because of formatting - hope you are able to open and read - let me know if not.

 

It occurs to me that with only 6 weeks before the event and the fact you don't have a team of people to distribute individual items to (unless you tell me otherwise), I will not put these individual ideas on the separate pages as originally discussed unless you think it would be beneficial.  I can expand this for next year and maybe we could get more people to pitch in to help much much earlier.

 

Also, I am retracting my idea of themed paper plates (napkins would be affordable) but plates are outrageous - sorry.  Let me know.  TO DATE, WE WILL HAVE 7 BASKETS (NEED TO AQUIRE A FEW ITEMS - THEY ARE IDENTIFIED)

 

ALSO AQUIRED - rather than boxes, I have some fabulous tall (maybe 10 inches) clear bucket containers for raffle tickets to be placed in AND the tops with slits will be mortarboard caps WITH tassles (black).  These are easily stackable and re-useable for next year.
