[CCCNFBW] updated BELL schedule

Here is the updated BELL schedule, we still have a few spots open and need
volunteers. Also, there is going to be a brief training Sunday august 5 at
the school from 3:30pm-5:00pm for all volunteers so we can all be on the
same page. If I missed anyone's e-mail volunteering, please let me know.
