Doug, you are quite correct. As to  Ghee Creek  being more of a community service. It was nice to have the NFB shirt to wear.

 Yes, Isabella Grant was quite a lady. In some of the  National conventions I had the opportunity to visit with her.

Saturday first shift made $87 after expenses.  I see this more as a community service than a   fundraiser.   

People were very thankful for the cookies and coffee and asked me a lot of questions about blindness.  I’m met  the grandson of Isabella Grant she was the founder of the international Federation of the blind which was the predecessor to the world blind union.
