You’re right. I called them and that is their solution. 

Knowing what goes on at conventions, it sounds like chaos in the waiting. But, it is something we will adjust to.

To go to someone else’s room you have to go to the lobby and

have them ride up with you.

Good morning Mr. Sellers, to answer your question the way I understand things, yes the card works in the elevator it will only take you to the floor that you’re on. The comment about can the elevator being fold I don’t think so I wouldn’t try it. Hope this short answer helps?

The picture it paints when  a group of people are   all trying to get on the elevator at the same time (anyone who has been to a NFB convention understands what I mean). 

I understand  that the key only selects your floor. What  or how does one go to a floor for the purpose of meeting or visiting a friend?
