[CCCNFBW] Uncork for Braille

With the new State emergency  announcement of no gatherings of more than 50
people. I think we should, either  cancel or  reschedule, the Uncork for
Braille event.

Getting donations  may not be an issue, but selling tickets will be and with
a limit of 50, that includes members, will not make it worthwhile. I've
already encountered several 'no thanks' from people I've sold to in the
past.

In previous wine & cheese events.  We would have been very disappointed if
we had only 50 in attendance.
