[CCCNFBW] Ice Cream Social and Trivia

Hello Everyone, WSSB has confirmed Monday, September 13th for our back
to school ice cream social and trivia. This event will start at 6:30pm
but I would advise volunteers to arrive by 6pm or shortly after for
setup. So far, Doug has volunteered and Chris has expressed interest.
We will need at least 1 to 2 more volunteers for the event. Please let
me know if you are intending to volunteer. If you still need to sign
up as a volunteer and you are vaccinated, please contact Adrienne at
Adrienne.Fernandez at wssb.wa.gov or by calling 360-947-3290. Please make
sure to do this asap as backgrounds can take some time to complete.

Doug and event volunteers, we will need you to pick up a variety of
ice cream for 40 + students and staff. You may want to check with
Adrienne to see if paper bowls/cups and other materials are needed.

Also, can you please pick up a $15 amazon gift card, a $10 amazon gift
card and a $5 starbucks gift card for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

For chapter members not attending the event, please take this time to
begin to think of age appropriate trivia questions and answers for
doug and company to use at the ice cream event. 5 categories, with 5
questions each, for a total of 25 questions. Students with the most
questions answered will receive prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. In
the event of a tie, a bonus question will be asked to break the tie.
