Sad to hear this news.  Paula was an active member of our chapter and she was a gracious host of many of our chapter picnics at her home.

Paula Achter passed away last Sunday. She was a long time Federationist . At one time she was President of the NFB of Idaho.

She lived here in  Vancouver and was active in our chapter.
