Here are the notes from our last meeting:

 

List of duties; Selling raffle tickets, Kaye

Supplying plates and napkins, Joan

Front desk, Corey and Doug

Door greeter, Joan

Music/sound system, Alex

Flowers, Steven

Selling raffle tickets at the tables, Bob

Buying bags and ribbon, Kaye

Typing out the lists of items in the baskets, Steven

Food, Patricia.

Kaye will bring mixed nuts.

 

We will assemble the baskets at Steven's house.  Address: 13105 NE 25th
Street.  Phone: 360-869-2774.  Time to be decided.  

 

If there are any questions or suggestions, or if anyone was assigned to
something they would rather not do, please let me know.  Also, if anything
got left out that we need to do, please let me know.

 

I think we need to have at least one more meeting before the event.  I
suggest the first Tuesday in September.
