Stephen,

Just to clarify.

My understanding from previous meetings was that you and some of your friends and family had volunteered to arrange the flowers and we discussed today needing some vases and you kindly agreed to get something like a plastic water glass or other containers. My understanding also was that Corey was going to check with the florist that we got them from last year and see what he could do. Hopefully Corey can work out something with the florist and perhaps he might be able to say how many flowers he could donate but of course it certainly depends on what size they are as just the number doesn’t tell the whole story. as whatever we get to use for vaces, be it an actual vase or a plastic cup or water glass like last year the stems should not be extremely long so we won’t have to spend a lot of time cutting. I’m sure they will have to be cut some to fit the vases. they need to be just very small little arrangements to sit in the center of the table. The total number of tables should not exceed 15 as I recall.

Oh I thought we already had the flower donations lined up. I was asked to get the vases and so I was just trying to find out how many flowers we were getting so that I could get the right size vases.

Hi All: So, I was just looking on Amazon and there are a lot of options for bulk centerpiece vases for events like ours. I'm trying to find out how many flowers will be available per vase. These small glass vases I'm looking at are about 5 inches tall and hold only about 2 flowers for instance but if there's going to be more flowers available per vase, I'll keep looking. Any thoughts?
