I thought I would just share some details about how the fundraiser committee has organized the event for Sunday that you might find helpful.
Everyone who has either paid in advance or pays at the door will be given a ticket if they if they did not bring their own which will serve as their voucher to get their beverage. The choices will be a small sample of four different wines that have been chosen by the winery, or one regular sized glass of a wine of your choice, or or soft drink. If you are drinking soft drinks, be sure and inquire about their extensive list of some common as well as some fun and unusual things such as Italian soda. Additional wine and soft drinks may be purchased throughout the event.
There will be a self service water dispenser available with cups for everyone to help themselves to water.
I will be purchasing the same type of food items as last year, which include various kinds of crackers, including some gluten-free, four kinds of cheese, several kinds of salami, a veggie tray with dip, hummus, small chocolate chip cookies.
Kaye plans to bring mixed nuts.

The active event hours are 2 PM – 5 PM.
The door will be unlocked by 12:30 PM for people setting up. to arrive. Between that time and 1 PM should give plenty of time.
We have some amazing raffle items this year.
Regular raffle tickets are one dollar each or six tickets for five dollars. Super raffle tickets are five dollars each.
There will be three super raffle items which include: season tickets for two people to the Vancouver Symphony, a handmade Afghan by K, an overnight stay for two at the Heathman Lodge plus a $50 gift certificate to use at the hotel.
Alex has been working with Cellar 55 so we will have music and microphone Capabilities both inside and outside.
See everyone soon.
Patricia
