[CCCNFBW] reminder, chapter meeting later this month

As a reminder, our monthly chapter meeting will be a week later this month,
we will meet at 10:00am on January 18. We will be holding our elections, if
you need to pay dues, please plan to do so at the meeting before elections.
Further information on the meeting will be sent as the meeting gets closer.
