Help improve C-VAN service by telling us what you think of the service.
C-TRAN is conducting the survey as part of our involvement with the
American Bus Benchmarking Group. Each ABBG transit agency, including
C-TRAN, is conducting the survey at the same time so we can compare
results, learn from each other and improve the service we provide in our
community.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete. It will remain available
