Hello all,

Thank you for setting up the Zoom link it was nice to be able to join the meeting and hear part of it. Not sure who else is on the Zoom link or what devices they were listening to, but it definitely would be helpful if either the computers, more centrally located, or the person closest to the computer repeated with the people in the distance, had to say because they were very hard and it was challenging to hear all the conversation. I do acknowledge that the set up isn’t perfect.

Good afternoon,

It looks to be that time of month again. Our chapter meeting will be held on May 9, 2026 from 10 am to approximately 11:30 am. We will be meeting in the teacher’s lounge of the Irwin building at the Washington State School for the Blind. The address for the Irwin building is 2289 E McLaughlin Blvd.

During our meeting this month we will be discussing national convention, our next event at WSSB, Stronger Together event, STEM2U and BELL programs, chapter chats, and much more. As a reminder the chapter decided as a social thing for those that want to, people can go to the Blind Onion for lunch after the meeting.  The address of the Blind Onion Pizza and Pub is 2900 Mill Plain Blvd. I hope you are able to join us in person, but if that is not possible, we will be having our Zoom meeting open and you can join us there. Below you will find the link to join the Zoom call.
