Washington State legislative session has officially ended. After all the uproar
about Services and the schools for the Blind and Deaf losing their
independence, no one ever reported back on the official status. (The last post
I saw was we should remain vigilant to be sure no one slipped something damaging
into new legislation). Are we now positive that all of these services will
remain intact in their same autonomous form? What’s the official word? I
want to know because I have a ton of people to thank for their support. They
deserve an accurate report—not something I just make up out of my head
based on assumptions. Does anybody know anything absolute?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
