day-guide students to Pop Culture or Ice Cream Renaissance downtown Vancouver.
Meet in the Sherman Auditorium at 12:45 & return to school around
3:30.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>* Thursday October 20 from 4:30-5:30-Sight guides for
students from cottage to cafeteria, through dinner line for Spaghetti
Dinner. Dinner is for volunteers too so you can join students for dinner and
then go to volunteer orientation from 5:30-6:30 in the Fries auditorium (second
floor of old main building) and then enjoy the open house in Irwin (The school
building) from 6:30-8. The volunteer orientation is going to be led by two LIFTT
students this year. They will talk about what it is like to be blind and
visually impaired and have a question and answer time.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>*October 31-Make goodies/treats for Harvest Party in the
Fries from 7-8:30-Provide/donate items to decorate/help set up and decorate and
or help serve refreshments and dance with students. If you want to donate prizes
for first, second and third place winner of best costume, that would be
wonderful. Decorating and set up can take place anytime in the afternoon before
the dance.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>*Photo Class Tuesday November 1, 3, 8, 15, 17, 22 from
3-4:30-Will assist student, explain environment and help take photos. This class
was a blast this summer. We will have a photo show the last
