<P class=MsoNormal>Gee Creek is a month away but it is an event we need to plan for so it doesn’t sneek up on us.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I see 4 areas that is an opportunity for a CCC member to become involved in the planning and preparation of Gee Creek. They are:</P>
<P class=MsoNormal> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Scheduling of volunteers</P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Coordinating transportation</P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Securing supplies, i.e. coffee makers, cups, napkins, paper plates, etc.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Coordinating making of the goodies.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I’m willing to do the scheduling.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal>We need someone to be In charge of the other 3 areas. Just because you are in charge doesn’t mean you need to do all the work. We need to be able to reach out to other CCC members for help and suggestions.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal>This is a good opportunity for members to become involved in a chapter activity.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal>Let me know how you would like to be involved.</P>
