They are:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Scheduling of volunteers<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Coordinating transportation<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Securing supplies, i.e. coffee makers, cups, napkins, paper plates, etc.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Coordinating making of the goodies.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I’m willing to do the scheduling.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We need someone to be In charge of the other 3 areas. Just because you are in charge doesn’t mean you need to do all the work.
