</p><p class="MsoNormal">Hi,</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Our chapter will be having a fundraiser on Saturday and Sunday, Nov 9 & 10 at the Hazel Dell Fred Meyer’s.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The hours will be: 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Noon to 4 PM on Sunday.</p><p class="MsoNormal">We will be selling the Worlds Finest Chocholate. We have 4 cases of the Meltaways and 4 cases of the mixed candy bars.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">
It is best if we can have two volunteers at the table.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Saturday can either be two 3 hours shifts or 3 2 hour shifts and Sunday can either be 2 two hour shifts or 1 4 hour shift.</p><p class="MsoNormal">
This can be determined by the members who volunteer.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">We will need a table (usually a card table is adequate), a couple of chairs and an NF B sign. </p><p class="MsoNormal">
To start the day, we will need enough cash to make change for $20. </p><p class="MsoNormal">We need volunteer driver(s) to take out the table, chairs and boxes of candy in the mornings and for picking up the materials in the evening.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In case buses are not convenient, It might be helpful if a driver is available to assit member volunteers for getting back and forth.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Two 3-hour shifts on Saturday and possible 1 4-hour shift on Sunday would minimize the need for drivers.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I will admit a 3-hour shift isn’t too bad, 4-hours might be a drag. A lot depends on the weather.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Any suggestions you might have regarding the fund raiser are welcomed. </p>
