Just as long as you don't need anything from Banquets (i.e. Plates, cups, chairs, etc. they will charge you extra for those items). <br />The hours of the suite would be something to worry about (noise level). <br />If you do decide to have food and beverage in the parlor suite; I'd leave a tip for housekeeping for taking care of the extra garbage.<br />The other organization had a hospitality room, that had snacks and beverages (including alcohol). The room was a meeting room.
