  <p>Starting the week of Monday, July 8, ongoing construction will begin on NE 78^th<span> </span>Street between NE 13^th<span> </span>Avenue and NE 16^th<span> </span>Avenue. Construction is expected to last through the end of September. Affected Route 78 stops will be posted as closed when inaccessible due to construction. Expect delays during this time. The following stops will be closed when construction crews are present:</p>
<ul>
<li>Northeast 78^th<span> </span>Street and 13^th<span> </span>Avenue eastbound (Stop ID 2988)</li>
<li>Northeast 78^th<span> </span>Street and 16^th<span> </span>Avenue eastbound (Stop ID 2991)</li>
<li>Northeast 78^th<span> </span>Street and 1600 Block westbound (Stop ID 2737)</li>
</ul>
