However, visits will still be available <strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">by appointment</span></strong>. Please contact us in advance if you wish to schedule a visit. In addition, our <strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">phone line will shift to voicemail-only</span></strong>. While we will no longer be answering calls directly, we encourage you to leave a message. A staff member will return your call as soon as possible.</span></p>
