<p>On Monday, September 8, C-TRAN\u2019s Customer Service department will experience the following interruptions in service:</p>
<h4><strong>Customer Service Offices</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>The <strong>Vancouver Mall Transit Center </strong>and<strong> Mill Plain Transit Center Customer Service Offices</strong> will be closed from <strong>9 a.m. to 1 p.m.</strong>
</li>
<li>The <strong>C-TRAN Administration Building Customer Service Office</strong> will be closed for sales from <strong>8 a.m. to 12 p.m.</strong>
<ul>
<li>Staff will be available to assist with appointments and pre-arranged lost and found item pick-up</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Phone lines</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<strong>360-695-0123</strong>, our main Customer Service phone line, will be unavailable between<strong> 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.</strong>

<li>For automated bus arrival information, press Option 1</li>
<li>To leave a voicemail for Lost and Found, press Option 3</li>

<strong>360-695-8918</strong>, our C-VAN Customer Service phone line, will be unavailable for ride booking from <strong>9 a.m. to 12 p.m.</strong>

<li>For immediate assistance, such as Will Call and Time and Space rides, press Option 2</li>
</ul>

<p>If you don\u2019t need to speak directly to a Customer Service Representative, mobile apps are available for trip-planning and fare payment.</p>
