[Central-md-chapter] launch of new blind parenting initiative

Our national office is launching a new online resource for blind parents,
and your help is needed to make this important program a success! If you are
a blind parent, or are a blind person possessing extensive experience in
caring for children, then consider signing up to record a brief
informational video for the website. The purpose of each video is to
demonstrate or describe a technique that blind people use to complete
various parenting tasks. Aside from lending support to blind parents, this
resource will also help blind students wishing to babysit, grandparents
experiencing vision loss, medical and social service professionals, and
