[Central-md-chapter] Hurricane Florence

Hi Everyone,

Having lived through Category 4/5 Hugo in 1989, I know how powerful storms
can be.

Forecasters are still making educated guesses, but I urge everyone to
gather water, batteries, flashlights, chargers, nonperishable food,
important documents + telephone numbers in print, and medicines before we
know more conclusively what role Florence plays in Maryland's weather.

If you are having trouble gathering things, please let me know.  I would be
happy to figure out solutions alongside you.
