[Central-md-chapter] Picnic Reminder

Hello All!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday September 16 at 1pm.  We
will have traditional picnic food, hot dogs and hamburgers.  We are also
planning some fun activities.  The address is 6951 Old Waterloo Rd,
