In the closing months of 2019, the Friends board is celebrating the 50<sup>th</sup> anniversary of the landing on the moon with a different kind of, but no less momentous, accomplishment in the history of Braille literacy: the development of an affordable Braille reader, the Orbit-20. Through the Estelle B.
