With the support of people like you, the National Federation of the Blind is raising the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. Our collective power, determination, and diversity achieve the aspirations of all blind people.

Thank you for being one of our most valued supporters. We are pleased to be able to share our recent accomplishments with you. Our Year In Review<https://nfb.org/civicrm/mailing/url?u=38480&qid=11238520> includes a summary of our programs that provide support, training, and, most importantly, raise the expectations of blind people.

Over the past year we have expanded our efforts to support blind students in schools by hosting our IEP Advocacy Academy and reach more families through our Early Childhood Initiatives. Our NFB-NEWSLINE(r) service continues to grow, and we are deepening our involvement in the community by highlighting blind athletes and employees.

There is so much more to our work, but we could not engage in these efforts without your assistance. Together we are transforming how blind people perceive themselves and what they can accomplish. Our comprehensive approach imparts skills, inspires, and adapts to our community's needs. I look forward to our continued work together to dream big and create a world that celebrates the potential and achievements of blind people.
