[Cinci-nfb] Sign your messages

Hi Cinci NFB,
I have a request of everyone on this list.  
Please sign your name at end of posts.  
I have been noticing on several lists that some people aren't doing that,
and some screen readers say that a message is from a certain list on behalf
ofa certain person, but some do not.  
Let's make it easier for one another on this list and sign our messages.
