[Cinci-nfb] Fw: thanks and merry Christmas

The party was so much fun! Thank you to one of our resident Braille experts Elf Lisa for making all of the Braille note cards that accompanied many of the door prizes. Santa would be nothing without all of the elves working hard to make things perfect. His workshop was very busy with lots of NFB elves pitching in to make our event possible.

 

Like Joyce and Rob, I was very inspired by the level of giving that we did as a federation to help those in need. I hope we make that a tradition. Did anyone take a picture of the culmination of donations? It would be cool to post something about that on Facebook. We care about our community and do our part to give back. Thanks Walter and Annie for your roles in enabling our season of giving.

First, thank you for sharing this lovely message from the Rogers.

Secondly, I want to thank all of you who worked so hard to make the party such a smooth and pleasant event.

Drum roll for Judy, for sure, for so much attention to detail over such a long period of time.  Judy, I know it was hard, but it was well worth it.  Everything went so smoothly!

Rachel was a fabulous elf and I do hope you all enjoy your

Walter, Kim, Annie, Dale,  and all singers:  THANK YOU!  I have to say that the music was my favorite part.  

I love singing Christmas carols, and what a stellar group to sing them with!

Judy, will you pass this message to your NFB list?  Thank you.

Rob and I enjoyed the NFB Christmas party very much.  We thank all of you 
for the work you did in making it happen.

We liked the idea of bringing little gifts for the Free Store, and we liked 
receiving a gift from Santa's elf named Rachel.

We enjoyed seeing everyone and enjoyed the Christmas songs, especially, the 
Christmas hymns.  We think Arnold's was a good location.

We wish all of you and each of you a Merry Christmas with family and friends 
and a Happy New Year with blessings without end.
