NFB Meeting Amendment

 

Through Annie McEachirn carson's contacts with Irene Brown, Spring Grove
Events Coordinator, the following information was gathered:

 

A.       Confirmation of the date and time of the tour

B.      Number of attendees, tram capacity and cost of tram

C.      What to do in case of a cancellation, i.e., a timely email or call
and the refund procedure

 

In consultation with Kim McEachirn and Deanna Lewis, the following actions
were taken:

 

A.       Prepared cancellation statement and emailed it to the list

B.      Secured the refund for Deanna Lewis
