Thanks for correcting the spelling of my name. J

I look forward to meeting with you and David Carr in regard to the Book
Club. Maybe we can talk off list to get something on the calendar? My
schedule is open after Thanksgiving.

The recreation committee report as presented by Kim McEachirn:

The recreation committee met on Thursday, November 12th by phone conference
from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. Judy Rudig, Rachel Kuntz, Annie McEachirn Carson,
Walter Mitchell, David Carr and Kim McEachirn were in attendance. Deanna
Lewis, committee chair person was unable to attend due to a personal crises;
therefore, Kim McEachirn presided over the meeting.

  The following items were discussed with action plans being developed:

1. Book Club: The book club idea was revisited. A mini committee
with Annie McEachirn Carson as the coordinator being assisted by Rachel
contz and David Carr will do the grassroots work and updates will be given
as information becomes available.

2. Spring Grove Cemetery Tour: The target date for the rescheduled
tour will be May 7, 2016. The membership will be updated when tour date is
confirmed along with other details.

3. September Recreation Committee Report Amendment: An amendment will
be given for membership's vote to have corrected documentation added as part
of the Cincinnati NFB chapter's October meeting minutes.

4. Coffee Brewery: The tour date will be February 20, 2016; the cost
will be $6 to $10 depending on tour details (including tastings). Food can
be brought.  There is no access service for the coffee brewery location;
however, a plan to meet at a central location for van transport to the cite
is being worked on.

5. Christmas Party: Judy Rudick will send out email to the list with
information (meal choices/prices, etc.) Color coded tags for food
identification will be used. Cash only, and tips can be rounded up to the
nearest half dollar (based on full price of meal selection. If canceling
meal reservation, Judy Rudick should be notified by December 9th.

6. Gift Exchange: Annie Carson recommended and the committee agreed
(instead of gift exchanges at the Christmas party) to ask everyone to bring
nonperishable goods and gently used clothing to be donated to the Lockland
Free Store who assist families in need. Walter Mitchell offered to deliver
the items to the free store.

7. Meeting Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.

Annie McEachirn Carson
