Dear Rachel,

Please do not apologize. I did dump those on you! You were one of the
hardest workers of the convention! Every time I saw you, you were busy
helping someone else, getting something for someone or making sure
everything was Okay. I don't think you ever sat down. You went above and
beyond the call. I thank you for that.

Your willingness to purchase the bracelets and donate them as stocking
stuffers to girls in need, further shows what an all-around giving person
you are. You are under no obligation to do that, you know.

All the best,

Sheri

Subject: [Cinci-nfb] sales recap

A bag of CD's and handmade bracelets were given to me to sell at convention
care of Sheri Albers. At the start of convention I had 17 CD's and 45
bracelets. Unfortunately, I was busy all weekend and did not get to dedicate
the time needed to sell them. I lugged them around with me everywhere but
only sold one CD for $5 and no bracelets. I apologize for letting the team
down.

If there are no objections I would like to buy the bracelets at a price of
$2 each for a total of $90. I will give them to a local charity to be used
as stocking stuffers for girls in need of Christmas gifts. I need to know
that this is okay to do by Dec. 2nd. This item did not have an approved
price associated with it. We were instructed to sell them at any price we
could get per the October chapter meeting.

I will give the 16 remaining CD's to whomever would like to hang on to them.
It is my view that they should be retired as a fundraiser but that is not my
call.

Regards,

Rachel Kuntz
